Allen Thomas Cooper

Skip was born January 18, 1946 to the late Gladys Quartlebaum and Allen Thomas Cooper in New York. He was the second child out of three. He departed this life September 21, 2019, at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. Skip leaves behind to cherish his memory. Five sons: Lawrence Tony Downing, Allen Thomas Cooper, Jr, David Phillip Cooper, Christopher Green and Jermaine Green. Two brothers: Fred Quartlebaum and Phillip Cooper (deceased),16 grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew, numerous cousins, family and friends. And lastly, the love of his life, Clara Green, who honorably stood by skip's side for the past 30 years. He is still being a pain in her butt.
