Charles Randell English

Charles Randell English (Randy), was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 30th, 1952. He leaves to cherish with loving memories his devoted wife, Mattie, one son Lorel, four step children, Kirk, Prina, Kim, and Thomas, 36 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, among them, Je'Hon, whom he raised for birth, one sister Pansy, one sister in law Carrie, one brother in law Harry, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and one special friend and neighbor Bob Holland.
