Dwayne Anthony Green affectionately known as 'Cabb"; Was preceded in death by his father Joseph Green. He entered into eternal rest on Monday February 11,2019 at Hahnemann Hospital, Philadelphia,PA. In Addition to his wife to cherish his precious memories, he is survived by his mother Corrine Fields, four daughters, Alexis, Lonnett, Shawnee and Dorothy,two grandchildren Kai, Rashad, brother, Samuel D. Ford "Chico" Las Vegas, NV, sister Cynthia "Renee" Johnson, Windsor Mill, MD, brother Christopher J.Fields, Philadelphia, PA, brother Donald Smith "Boog", Philadelphia, PA and the Smith family April T.Smith (Michael), D'juan A Smith Fisher, Harvey T Smith (Nancy),Henderson, NC, Emogene Smith, Christine Smith, Brenda Smith- Alston (Michael)and Betty Smith all of Philadelphia, PA, he is preceded in death by Necie Smith, Charles Redden, good friend and host of nieces, nephews and cousins that he so adored.
