Eric Roosevelt Mckinney Jr aka Poppa at a younger age and Smilez as he got older. Eric Mckinney 34 was raised in South Philadelphia and died May 2,2021 On July 12,1986 Eric Roosevelt Mckinney Jr was born to Rosetta & Eric Roosevelt Mckinney Sr. At the age of 10yrs old Eric went on to be raised by Rosetta & John Lucas up until his departure. Eric went to Kirkbride Elementary, Furness and South Philadelphia High School. Eric was known for his famous smile and dancing at any event he attended. Eric was a hands on entrepreneur. Eric was a very loyal person who was always there for any and everyone. Eric loved to have fun with his family, he loved to sing and sip spirits while sitting with his mother and listening to the oldies. Eric is a member of Calvary A.M.E Church. As a young adult Eric practiced the Islamic faith. Later on in life Eric gave his life back to Christ. Eric is survived by a (son) Eric 3rd, (Mother) Rosetta Lucas, (stepfather) John Lucas, (Birth father) Eric Roosevelt Mckinney Sr, (Older Sister) Erica Mckinney, (Brothers) Edward, Rahman, and Shawn Mckinney, (extended brothers) Dominic Coleman and Tyrek Williams. (half sisters) Latisha, Margaret, and Barbra Mckinney (Sis in-laws) Connie Mckinney, Cierra Lyons, and Destinee Fillipponi. 18 (nieces and nephews) Dameisha, Destiny, Edward, Syeer, Anar, Aaliyah, Jaylen, Anyra, Brianna, A.J, Eniyah, Aja, Chase, Elijah, Edrese, Cameron, Shawn Jr, and Christian. (Great nephew) Makii (Great nieces) Mehlani and Maniya . And a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends
