Frances Hackney

Frances Delores Hackney, Lovingly Known as "Mickey" was born in Philadelphia, PA August 9, 1931 and peacefully transitioned to eternal rest on December 4, 2020 in Philadelphia PA. Mickey was born to the late Winfred Williams and Julius Williams. Mickey was nine years old when her father passed away, her brother James "Duttie" Williams Faithfully stepped up in his father's place and raised Mickey. Mickey was educated in the Philadelphia School System and graduated from West Philadelphia High School. Mickey leaves to cherish her memory her youngest son Daryl (Barbara), her older brother James "Duttie," her four grandsons Stedmen, Karim (Shantele), Rafeeq, Mark, and her granddaughter Kameelah (Omar). Mickey was Blessed with three Generations Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and friends. Proceeding her in death are her beloved son kith, her siblings her sister Winnie "Honey," Harling "Toots," Preston, her oldest niece Martha "Sparkle" and beloved sister in law Ella.
