James Oglesby

James Edward Oglesby affectionately known as "Pete" was born in Elberton, Georgia on November 17th 1925 tothe late Homer C. Oglesby anf Flossie Oglesby. He was fourth of the six children. Survived by Sadie Harold, Samuel Oglesby, Homerzella Blackwell, Coy Oglesby, and John Oglesby who proceeded him in death. Also proceeding James in death is his wife Sue, his oldest son Russell, his oldest daughter Dawn, granddaughter Tonya, grandson Jeffery and great grandson Aspen. James leaves to cherish his memory, his youngest daughter Renee ( Mikal), his sons Hakeem and Lamel, his grandchildren, Russell, Corey, Saleema (Khalil), Gerald, Jameel, Shadee, Indria, Aliyah (Joey), Ayesha, Jessica, Akkea, Lemir, Caleb, Amar, and a host of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Devoted and special friends who were apart of his life, you know who you are.
