John Henry Hooks was born on March 15, 1955 in Bennetoville, South Carolina to the late Lenora Hooks and Mr. John Henry Hooks. John was preceded in death by his mother Lenora Hooks, his father John Henry, his long time champion Denise Anthony and his grandson Terrell Davis (Rellzy) John is survived by his children John, Troy, Michele, and James (Yang); daughter in law, Natrina; grandchildren, John, Janai, Nyair, and Tiffany; great grandchildren, Namir, Sincere, Sanari, and Terrell; his favorite cousins, Janet and Joe; and a host of cousins and friends.
