Lisa Outerbridge

Very Peacefully at 7:45am on Monday April 10, 2023, Almighty God, in his wisdom, Mercy and Grace closed the eyes of our beloved, Lisa Ann Outerbridge, and she entered his kingdom.

                Lisa Ann Outerbridge was born to Ursala Carter and Richard Carter on November 2, 1955, in Philadelphia PA, she received her formal education in the Philadelphia PA, she received her formal education in the Philadelphia public school system, graduating from Onley High School.

                In 1974, Lisa married the love of her life, Lloyd Russell Outerbridge. During their younger years, they relocated to Allentown PA, where she worked various jobs and outside her family provided a safe haven for several people whom she encountered. During her time in Allentown was where she and Lloyd started their family, and from this union three children were born, Lloyd III, Lizette and LaVon and they have been married for 49 years.

                Lisa greatest love was for her husband and family. She was a loving mother and devoted wife. She took pride in cooking and having a great time with family and friends. Upon returning to Philadelphia, Lisa enjoyed being block captain. Making sure the neighborhood was clean and the children were fed, in the past few years, Lisa enjoyed trips to Atlantic City with her dear friend Gina and preparing home cooked meals daily for her beloved husband Joe (Lloyd).

                Lisa leaves to cherish her memories, Her children Lloyd III (Bronwynne) Lizette. And LaVon (Ashely). Her grandchildren, Ajahnae, Sakerah, Mickey, Samir, and Layla. Her great grandchildren, Dallas, Dylan, Drew, and Diesel (on the way)
