On august 26, 1954, a LEGEND was born. Lloyd R. Outerbridge jr , AKA, JOE COOL!
Born to the late Lloyd Outerbridge Sr and Juanita Outerbridge, Lloyd grew up in North Philadelphia and was a graduate of the Philadelphia school system.
From high school, Lloyd met and married the LOVE OF HIS LIFE, Lisa Carter, and through this union produced his three loving children, Lloyd Outerbridge III, Lizette Outerbridge, and Lavon Outerbridge.
Throughout his journey, Lloyd pursued many passions, including Wall writing, Barbering , Bartending, and what we will miss most, his comedy. Joe was hilarious.
Lloyd will be forever remembered by his mother, Juanita, brother, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with a host of relatives and friends.
