Louise Barbara Hannah was born to the late Rebecca and Frazier Thomas in Charleston, South Carolina on March 19, 1937. Louise the younger of two children relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1940 with Rebecca, her mother, and Elouise, her sister. Louise, baptized Catholic, began her education in the Catholic School System.
In addition to her immediate family, Louise leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Elouise R. Thomas, four sister in laws and two brother in laws. Throughout the years, Louise maintained a close and special bond with her sister in law, Kathleen Hannah and brother in law, Jessie Morris. She also leaves memories for a special uncle, Bufus Outlaw, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews two godchildren and a Life Long Friend, Christine Allen, as well as extended family, Claudine Colmon (niece), Charlene Chapman and Twanda Amaker Morris, who lovily support Louise through the last chapter of her life.
