A loving mother, a devoted wife, a reliable employee, and a tireless servant of God, Michelle Holland embodied the principles love and selflessness in everything she did.
Born on December 15th, 1954 to Deacon William E. Champagne, Sr. and Lenora Champagne, Michelle continually sought to enhance the lives of others through her public service and dedication to her family.
Along with her husband of six years, Raymond Holland, Michelle lovingly raised their daughter, Elizabeth. together they instilled the values of integrity and compassion in Elizabeth; at the same time, Michelle served as a minister of the spoken word, interpreting sermons and providing in-depth reflections and discussions for fellow members of her congregation. Michelle zest for life serves as a template for all who yearn to live with strength and dignity. She uplifted, encouraged, and inspired everyone she met- everywhere she went. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth; mother, Lenora Champagne; sister, Maria Oshoko and Monique Yates; brothers William and Maurice Champagne; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
