Rhonda T. Arthur was born August 24, 1971 to Karen Arthur and the Late Michael Steele. Rhonda was educated in Philadelphia Public School System. Rhonda loved fashion and worked in Retail for over 20 years. She was employed by the Philadelphia International Airport for 8 years, but Rhonda was determined, and she wanted more for herself, she landed a job with the Philadelphia School District where she was employed until she got her wings. Rhonda was like a magnet her sweet spirit would draw you in closer and closer to her. She had a smile that would light up the room. Always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Rhonda loved music and knew how to get the party started, a couple shots of Henny, she became the life of the party. (Smile) She loved her family and Girlfriends 4 life crew. To know her was to love her. Rhonda was a precious Jewel. This world has lost a Diamond.
