Roxanne McKinnon

Roxanne McKinnon was born on August 2nd, 1937, in Bennettsbile, South Carolina, to the late John and Almeta Brown. She moved to Philadelphia, Pa as a young adult with her late husband, Clarence McKinnon. Later she reunited with her late beloved George McNeal, known as "Dee Dad". Roxanne leaves to mourn: her Children; Brenda Cerdon (Richard), Omar Shabazz (Carla), Cynthia, Michael, Phyllis Pine (Tyrone), Girard, Kevin, Keith, Tracy Pickens (Clint), Patrice and Jennifer; and a host of grandchildren, great- grands, great- great grand; one sister, LOis Abraham; one brother, John Brown Jr.; nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends; and two specials friends, Ervin Medilni and Mary Lee Holmes.
