Russell L Gee

Russell Leroy Gee was born on November 1st, 1937 to the late Jesse and Emma Gee in Florence, South Carolina. As part of the divine mechanics of his existence, he was baptized at Savannah Grove Baptist Church. Russell had a very strong work ethic. It was this characteristic that paved the way for Russell 's Auto Repair, which has been a thriving business for over thirty years in South Philadelphia. Even though this mechanic oftern had dirty hands, he loved getting clean and wearing the finest attire. Oh yes, this was a classic man; non of us will ever forget his protective and smooth disposition. Russell leaves to cherich his memory: Three sons, Antonio Eckles (Evelyn) of Philadelphia Russell Gee Jr. (Corintha) of Philadelphia, Pa and Avery Gee (Kareemah) of Newark, DE; one Daughter, Rosalind Branch of Aldan, Pa; one godson, Seatai Young of Philadelphia, Pa; one sister, Lillian Kennedy of Florence, SC; one sister- in- law, Demeritus Gore (Kyle) of Philadelphia, Pa; 18 grandchildren, including Tanesha "Tiki" Savage (whom he raised), 29 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
