Stanley Cornelius Fullard was born the son of Ella and the late Sidney Butts on June 22nd, 1956 in Philadelphia PA. He was the second child born to the couple. Stanley attended the Philadelphia Public School System and graduated from Overbrook High School, with honors, in 1974. In his earlier years, Stanley accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior....
